Returning or Exchanging Articles
You Have 30 Days From The Ship Date When Returning An Item For An Exchange Or A Refund. Keep in mind that you have 14 days to exchange or return items with discount or items for sale.

A Product Will Only Be Accepted For Change Or Refund If Returned Unused, In Good Condition And In New Conditions. All Body Piercing Dispatched In Transparent And Sealed Plastic Bags With A Manipulation-Proof Label That Allows Customers To View Items And Still Uses Our Policy Fantastic Returns However, We Are Not Going To Change Or Return Any Perforation Article Of The Body If We Believe The Closed Packing Has Been Opened Or Handled. This does not affect your statutory rights. If An Article Has Been Recorded We Are Not Able To Offer An Exchange Or Provide A Full Refund. We, however, offer a 50% Refund.

What Should I Do If I Have Lost My Bill?
Do not Worry If You Lose Your Bill You Can Still Return Your Item. Package The Item You Want To Return And Include Your Data And Your Order Number (This Can Be Found On Our E-mails Or Looking To Purchase History In Your Online Account) And Let Us Know What You Would Like To Exchanges Or The Refund.
How Long Does It Take to Process a Return?
From Receiving Your Package That Works To Process Your Statements As Fast As Possible - Usually Within 48 Hours. At peak periods of the year, please allow up to seven business days for your return to process.
Can I Change A More Expensive Item?
Yes, If The Replacement Item Is More Expensive Than The Returned Item We Will Contact Us For Payment Of The Difference Of You.
What Happens If The Item I Want To Change Is Out Of Stock?
If We Do Not Have The Item You Want To Change In Action, You Will Be Contacted By Our Customer Service Team Within 30 Days And Offered An Alternative Item Or Full Refund.
How Long Will I Have To Wait For A Refund?
We Will Process Your Refund As Soon As Possible For The General Within 48 Hours Following Reception. We will send you an Email To Let You Know We Have Received The Item And Are Processed. A Refund will normally take around five to seven business days to appear on your account, but this may also depend on your bank.
My Article Is Defective And I Want To Return It.
The Goods are classified as Defective if Received Damaged, or When a Manufacturing Failure Occurs Within 30 Days of Purchase. Keep in mind that items that are damaged as a result of wear are not considered to be culpable. If you believe that your item is guilty please contact us to advise you on how to return the item for repair / replacement if it is returned within the warranty period.
